Yes. We have many professional athletes wear the belt while performing. Belt is made from the anti-slip base material which works great when put directly on skin. Although we would like to point out that Levo Belt is not a weightlifting belt, therefore we cannot guarantee the belt will withstand the forces present during heavy weightlifting or other high load activities.
Yes. We made Levo Belt as comfortable as possible, although using it while sleeping was not our main objective. Some clients sleep with Levo Belt and feel great, while others prefer to wear it only during the day.
The degree to which comfortably tighten the belt will be very different for individuals. We suggest you tighten it to the point where you feel the belt is starting to give you some sensation of circumferential pressure and support on your pelvis, but not to the point where it is uncomfortable or painful. If you feel the belt is getting loose while wearing it (which is normal due to increased body temperature and increased motion in your joints), turn the dial in clockwise direction again to tighten it to the most comfortable degree.
Both. Levo Belt can be worn over or under the clothing, but when putting it over your clothing you risk the belt slipping and not staying in place. The base material is made from the non-slip PU foam so when it comes to sporting activities, would recommend wearing the belt under your clothing.
